At Your Door Massage Therapy is an out-call-only business.

I bring everything needed to provide the best
massage experience possible:

A comfortable, full-sized massage table

Crisp, white cotton sheets in Spring and Summer

Soft, cotton, flannel sheets in Fall and Winter

Soothing selection of instrumental music

Skin-friendly, unscented Elta massage oil (non-allergenic, non-greasy, non-staining)

Over 12 years of Massage training and experience

I provide extra services as needed at no extra charge:

Heated massage table

Heated neck roll

Heated hand or foot mitts

Cooling eye mask

Fragrant Essential Oils (Lavender, Eucalyptus, Peppermint and more)

Tiger Balm for muscle warming

   Due to individual sensitivities I use no fragrance unless you request it or I
   ask your permission.
   If you would like candles or incense please let me know when you
   schedule your appointment since I do not travel with these items.

   My massages are customized to fit your individual needs. They can be
   stress reducing, pain relieving, therapeutic, enhance sports performances
or just pampering.

Communication is important. Before, during and after your massage.

What to expect in a massage:

Prior to your first massage you will be asked to fill out a questionaire that will provide me with information about your general health, specific health problems, areas that need special attention and areas that are ticklish, sensitive or that you would prefer not to have massaged.

During your massage I will ask if the pressure I am using is good for you. Once we determine that you are comfortable, I will not speak to you (so that I do not interrupt your massage relaxation) unless you speak to me.

So, if there is anything that you do not like or anything that you would like me to change or do differently during the massage please say so. If at anytime you want to stop the massage, I will do so immediately. If you prefer to talk during your massage that would be fine as well.

After your massage. I would love to hear if there is anything you would like more of, less of, or none of in future massages. Of course, telling your friends, family, and strangers about how great your massage was is encouraged.
